TrendsAndBreakouts.com is a trading education content site operated from the European Union (hosted by Hostinger in the Netherlands). The site publishes blog articles about trading patterns, technical analysis, and market education. We are not a signal service and we do not provide financial advice.

What data we collect and why

The site is protected by Wordfence Security, which provides firewall protection, malware scanning, and brute-force login protection. Access to the WordPress admin area is restricted. LiteSpeed Cache is used for performance but does not store personal data.
Data transmitted between your browser and the site is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

Data retention
Newsletter subscriber emails are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Security logs (Wordfence) are retained for up to 90 days.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
